John Paller, CEO of Lakeshore is a recruiting industry executive and visionary who is committed to bringing positive change to a very broken industry. Paller, who has 15 years of recruiting industry experience and 10 years of CEO experience, first founded PeoplePartners in 2002 and later acquired Lakeshore in 2009. Widely recognized as a leader within the business community and recruiting industry, Paller was awarded “Forty under 40” in 2014 by the Denver Business Journal, which recognizes up-and-coming leaders who are shaping the future of the business community.  

 

About Our "Reinventing Your Career" Workshop:

Workers will average 3.5 careers and 10-12 jobs during their lifetime. According to the Conference Board, interest in work has declined 18.9%. How do we reinvent our careers when the economy has changed? When we have changed? When we have burned out? Learn practical advice about taking the first steps to reinvent or change your career.

About Matthew Temple:

Matthew Temple is the Director of Alumni Career & Professional Development for the Kellogg School of Management, where he manages a team of people who deliver career and executive coaching, workshops and webinars to 50,000 alumni globally. He has coached alumni in many industries including consulting, entertainment & media, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and technology.  His areas of focus include leadership, building and managing high performing teams, on-boarding, communications, and executive presence.  

Previously, Matthew worked in Private Equity and M&A for Credit Suisse and in Corporate Finance for Deutsche Bank.  He has lived and worked in Hong Kong and London. Matthew holds a BA in European History from Harvard University and an MBA in Finance, Marketing and Organizational Behavior from Kellogg School of Management. He’s a diehard Red Sox fan, Jeopardy champion, and inveterate traveler (100+ countries/territories).
