Refund and Cancellation Policy

We have a refund and cancellation policy in place for Denver Business Series events that was devised due to the fixed costs of organizing an event.  We typically place the catering order one week prior to each event, so if you have to cancel within seven days of the event, we cannot provide you with a refund.  However, if an event has to be cancelled due to weather or another catastrophe by the Denver Business Series Board, then full refunds will be given to each registered guest.  Thanks for understanding and if you have further questions, please reach out to our volunteer Treasurer at treasurer@dbseries.org.
